No difference, only lower belly where they cut it out. Legs and thighs look the same.

Upper belly still looks fat. The pain and cost was not worth it.

Rushed procedure and terrible results.

I had my procedure in december 2022. The customer service (follow through)from the beginning was shockingly bad, aside from the salesperson.

I arrived before my appointment time at 11 o'clock on the day Of the procedure. I was taken back to a patient room Where I waited 3 and a 1/2 hours Or more. Assuming the person ahead of me probably had a 9o'clockappointment, The doctor worked on her for 5 & a half hours. I can understand complication delays, but that is excessive.

The situation was made even worse when the doctor finally started my procedure and spent less than 2 hours With me. I assume he was more concerned with his dinner plans that completing my procedure correctly.

Nearly immediately the next day, It became obvious how little the doctor attempted to give me a consistent, even result. There was and still is a lump, under-treated area on the lower right side of my abdomen and entire public area. The waist(obliques) are not consistent and one side looks untouched.

The guidelines indicate 6 months to a year for final results. It has been 6 months and there has been zero improvement, since the swelling subsided completely within the first month.

Another point is that the office has not made a single attempt to contact me since the day after the surgery. They even failed to call me for my first follow- up appointment that was supposed to be virtual. I made numerous attempts to get assistance in completing my appointment and to address my disappointment and concerns.

I will mention that there is a contracted follow-up procedure included to fix any problems provided you haven't gained weight.

My problem with that is 3- fold. How am I supposed to get this procedure if I can't even get anyone to do their job.

Also, considering the first was rushed, this would not make me whole because I'll have to go through pain, swelling and recovery all over because it wasn't done right the first time. Finally, if they did such a bad job the first time, how can i be confident they'll do better the next time while I have to go through the unnecessary pain and suffering regardless.

No one from Sono Bello Charlotte has attempted to contact me regarding my request about the billing dispute. after several attempts for Leah the office manager to call me back, as well as emails.

I had my 7 day follow up appointment yesterday thinking i would speak with someone then but when i asked to speak with Leah or Elisabeth, receptionist came back and said Leah said she would call me that afternoon. As of right now it has been 24hrs since my follow up appointment and i have not heard from them

Hello,

I had my procedure on 3/22/2023. i put $5000.00 down on my procedure, my signed contractual Financial agreement states that my balance due was $3797.56.

The day before my surgery i did an add on for my waist which was an additional $15.00 Sono Bello charged the following dollar amounts to my care credit card. $3797.56. $1000.00 and $1500.00. The $1000, was an unathorized charge by me.

I have made several attempts to talk to the manger Leah Ross and the lady who created the agreement Elisabeth Yousef but neither one of them has returned my calls or responded to my email after several attempts. The only person I spoke to was the receptionist who said the $1000 was charged because of a math error made by Elisabeth on my financial agreement. When i was in Elisabeth's office during my consultation, i told her i would put 5000 down and the rest would be financed thru care credit. The monthly amount we came up with for care credit was $110.00 a month for 48 months based on the balance amount of 3797.56.

That is the agreement i signed on the financial document. If she made a mistake with her math, it is not my responsibility to pay the amount of her mistake. I authorized all of the amounts except for the extra $1000.00 My experience with Sono Bello has not been a good one. They told me to arrive at my procedure at 6:30am.

No one acknowledged me until 7:30am. They said they had staffing issues. They could have least sent someone out to tell me that despite how many times i hit the bell to let someone know i was there. The best part of my experience was Dr Marcoe and his nurse Jasmine.

I do not want this to reflect on them in anyway because they were fantastic. My issue is with reception, the manager, Elisabeth and who ever charged my card the extra $1000.00 i have all of my documents and receipts for your review and i can forward them to the appropriate email when given an email address to send them to.

Please contact me as soon as possible as my patience has worn thin and I am ready to escalate this matter to the next level. Thank you for your immediate attention

User's recommendation: they ask you to take 3 gabopentins the night before and the morning of your procedure, make sure someone is there with you to review the receipts when they hand them to you. There is a reason thy charge your card the day before your service. They want you drugged so you aren't aware of the scam of charging your card extra money

Price changes and undisclosed items

Good morning, I have had an issue with the pricing and changes on the procedure I purchased since the day of my surgery 3/1/23. I have tried tirelessly to contact someone for help and am only getting the run around to have a supervisor call me back. Please call someone call me to go over my charges and services that should be provided with my procedure.

I canceled my surgery and was told I couldn't get a refund for what I have already paid for, which is fine since it is written in the contract.

But was told I would be taken off the auto payment schedule.

The money was taken out of my account and when I called to get the money returned to me (for the second time) I was told she would call me back, it's been three days and no contact.

I have tried to call Corporate, but there is no number.

I have called customer service multiple times and the only thing they can do is leave notes to corporate which has done nothing and still no one has contacts me back.

I understand being busy, but when I have had a conversation about canceling my auto payment, and it's still being taken out, and I have to keep calling to get it returned and there is no follow up for 3 days is unacceptable.

This place is a complete fraud

I went to Sono Bello over a year ago. I was not happy with my results.

I have been approved for my revisions but no one will call me back to schedule an appointment. This has been over 6 month that I have been calling. The staff is extremely unprofessional.

Do not waste your money. They are extremely nice initially but if you aren't happy then they definitely dismiss you.

I'm disappointed

Last year I had a procedure done (banana roll) in Sonobello Cincinnati that left me with a sagging butt! The doctor evaluated me and said he'd speak to the manager to see how they can fix it and they would call me back.

The manager simply never got back to me. I've made multiple attempts to reach the manager and she won't return my calls. All I hear is "honey I'm sorry but she's unable to take your call right now, but she'll call you back as soon as possible!".

Preceding these horrible results, the doctor that did my procedure was extremely rude and insensitive. I was in so much pain and would let out some shrieks because I couldn't hold it in!

And she told me 3 times in a very rude manner to stop screaming. When she was done she just walked out without saying a word to me. I had to ask what was going on to realize we were done.

I requested to speak to the manager about my bad experience with that particular doctor, but she was not in the office, or was unable to see me at the time. The nurse said she would have the manager call me back about doing my follow ups with a different provider.

The manager didn't call me back, so I called several times. She finally got back to me a couple or so months later, but she was not receptive at all.

Overall, my experience with sonobello has been very disappointing! This is to include that they have given me the earliest appointment twice, but their staff wasn't even on time and the doors were closed.

On another visit I waited for about 40 minutes before anyone came to the desk!!! 40 minutes!!!!!!

NO ETHICS OR COMMITMENT IN FOLLOWING THE RULES THEY PUT IN PLACE

The first initial scheduled surgery had to be postpone due to their not being initially upfront of what paperwork was needed. The additional paperwork was no able to be presented until 3 weeks later.

Then due to circumstances beyond my control the people who would be there for me for the time of convalescening could not .I also had a home renovation that was scheduled and if I was able to.have the survey at the earlier time it would have benefited me with adequate time to get on my feet before the major renovation occurred. Which is why I cancelled the later date within the 5 days specified so I would get 50% of the costs because I wouldn't have adequate time mentally and physically to.prepare for the renovation.

Previously made a complaint

Had the most horrible experience with Sono Bello the procedure was not done properly ethically or morally the surgeon was rude to me I was screaming in pain and begging him to stop he would not stop I was treated horribly and the procedure was not done right he did one side and not the other I would like to have this resolved I would like to have the procedure done by someone who has some morals and cares about their patients

I paid them $19,000, up front, and when I told their Doctor that my stomach looked lopsided, he said to me, in a sarcastic voice, "Lady, you were lopsided when you came in here." At that point, I knew I was in trouble.

My name is Yolanda Saunders. I left the message about my post 3 month.

Im very disappointed once the swelling goes down I see more fat. I have lost 10 pounds since the procedure but my stomach only went down a little it looks good when Im holding it in but who can walk around like that all day. My niece went to Florida to get her 360 done and she looks great and about 3000 cheaper meanwhile Im still struggling to get this off I also have fat hanging at the bottom Like a Fupa which I never had. First off the nurse who order my garment ordered me a large when I needed a medium.

I feel like that was 7000 down the drain. I went to the Sonobello here in St.Louis Mo .

Im sending pictures from the beginning until now this is not what I expected. The most recent picture I took today 11/28/21 not much of a change and Im going on my 6th month pre opp

Complaint

I came into the Oakbrook office this morning for my two week pre procedure. To fix areas from my 1st procedure.

I have some (what I am told now is excrss skin) above my belly button. I thought It was fat. The dr which was very rude. Said it would probably look worse after the procedure.

Which never said this months ago. He said I write notes for a reason. Even in his notes did it not state it would look worse. And if he would have told me that then why would I have been there today.

Also my upper thighs were never done during my first procedure. And months ago he said he could fix it. But today he said he could only do that part if he did my hips. Which also was not said months ago.

This dr was at the point of yelling at me. And then says I can't work with you, cause you don't understand. I understand he didn't make things clear.

And this had been the problem from day 1. At my consultantation, I told them all my problems.

She (Lara) told me what I needed to be happy. So I did what she said too. Well she never said hips so now my hips stick out, and they want to charge me full price. And in order to get my upper thigh done(which I paid for) I need to get my hips done.

Today I left out of the office crying. I have never had anyone speak to me in this manner. I know the nurse had a recording devise on so I no its recorded.

Then I call you guys and was on hold for 30 min. I feel as if I wasted my money.

TERRIBLE!!!

Overall this is the worst experience of my life. I have nerve damage in the areas that were treated, if I touch my skin it feels like its on fire.

I was completely dismissed when I mentioned this to the nurse at my 3 month visit. She left the room and proceeded to the room next door to have a conversation with someone.

I could clearly hear them talking about my issue so I'm assuming it was my surgeon. His response was "Oh, we always have problems with these Really Big People." RRu

Complaint

On Friday 21, 2021, I was scheduled to for a procedure at 1:30 pm. My procedure was to start at 2:30 pm and at 5:00 pm, I still had not started my procedure.

Once started the procedure and recovery would be 2 more hours! I could not stay, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
