I was contacted by Sono Bello quite soon after my original review and was told that they might be able to help me although since it was so long after my original treatment (I let them know during my after surgery review that I was not happy with the results) the solution Could not be done for free) I told her that I would still like to come in and discuss the possibilities but that I could only come in on a Saturday. She said that there were no doctors scheduled for Saturday’s in the near future but that she would try to find one and she would let me know.

It has now been close to 6 months and I have not heard a word as to whether or not she found a doc who could be scheduled for a Saturday appointment. I’m feeling like my situation is unimportant to them and may never get resolved.

About 5 years ago I had several areas of my body (stomach, outer thighs, hips, buttocks) treated by Sono Bello. I spent approximately $7000 and was told that if I wasn’t satisfied, I could let them know at my follow up.

When the time came for that follow up, I expressed my dissatisfaction with my midriff as they left me with virtually NO waistline. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. I have waited this long to complain, thinking the pockets of skin they left in their wake would slowly disappear but they have only gotten worse. When I initially went to Sono Bello, I was only about 30 pounds over weight but since I was right around 60 years old it was quite difficult to loose any fat and thought Sono Bello was the answer.

I DID NOThave large pockets of fat/skin on my abdomin until AFTER their treatment.

Now I cannot stand to look at myself in the mirror! Can someone help me?

Refuse to refund

Scheduled procedure for 10/10/18 was cancelled. The Cleveland, OH.

location neglected to get clearance from my physician until 10/9/18. My physician could not give clearance for procedure. My subsequent dispute of the $3,000.00 deposit was denied by the Cleveland, OH. location.

Their requirement that I sign a medical release of information is not only unnecessary, but also not legal. I merely want my money returned for a procedure which cannot be completed according to my cardiologist.

Jawline liposuction

I want to sue sonó Bello,i got liposuction on my jaw in 2016 , first when they did it I was burn with the lazer and now have a ugly scar on my jaw line. My skin is loose and my jaw line looks worse then ever, I feel so bad it makes me look so old, when I when back to tell them they offer me a mini facelift but I would have to pay $4,000 dollars more .

I pay 7,000 for my original lipo for nothing.

Is there anything I can do? This was in Portland Oregon.

I was told one price and it changed after i got financing now they say i have to pay a cash deposit. But the financing is for the whole amount why have me pay cash out of pocket. Can't even get in the door can't get to a manager or someone who knows how to make a deal and keep their word smh

After being offered a corrective surgery, which I was told by a new doctor will hardly make a difference, I denied the surgery. I am worried they will ruin my abdomen even more and I do not trust them.

They offered me $1,200...for ruining my body? I still have no feeling in one side and it’s hard, and the other side is mushy. They are robbers. They do not care about your results or your body.

Just your money. They wanna say my abdomen being numb could be from another underlying cause..not the surgery?!?

Oh please. Biggest mistake of my life was trusting Sonobello!

I am checking with my doctor to see if the numbness (that hasn’t gone away in almost 2 years after surgery) is nerve damage and how severe it is. I imagine this is from the painful poking and prodding the surgeon did in all the places that weren’t even numb.

I still do not have feeling in my lower abdomen. One side of my stomach is still hard and the other side still soft and lumpy.

I looked great before sonobello. I regret this surgery I am ruined.

It is now, October 19, 2018. Still no medical records, no phone call, no anything!

I will be calling them today. I went to my PCM to discuss the numbness of my lower abdomen, she even told me how unprofessional Sono Bello is for refusing me care or even to speak with a doctor, when they are the reason for the problem.

She told me to contact an attorney because she believes it’s nerve damage and told me that would also be considered negligence. I suppose since this “business” won’t even acknowledge the issue, I am doing just that!

I had laser lipo surgery almost 1 year ago. I went in weighing 139.

Surgery was painful!

I remember being numbed and it felt like I was being stabbed..I begged the doctor to stop while I was squeezing a lady’s hand..she told me I was doing great. I kept getting poked in places that weren’t numb, causing me to jump and cry and having me on edge the entire procedure waiting for it to happen again. I was not relaxed at all. I just left my 1 year post op apt today with Sono Bello.

I had surgery on my upper and lower abs, hips and inner thighs. I have never felt more embarrassed in my entire life. My stomach is deformed, lumpy and uneven. I look pregnant!!

I was promised I would be happy with my results, instead I look in the mirror and see that I have been taken advantage of. I was told I cannot see the doctor. I was also told the doctor that did my procedure is no longer there. I gained 10 lbs since my procedure even though I diet and exercise regularly and never had a weigh issue before.

The lady at the appointment today blamed me! All the weight that I gained is all in my lower stomach...the “still numb” area they worked on! How is it my fault my stomach is deformed and the rest of my body didn’t change? It took 7 months for the numbing of my lower abdomen to fade...it’s still not fully gone.

I was promised a thigh gap, and a flat stomach! I hate my body now! I was clear on what I wanted!! I was not given that, I was promised I would be happy with my results, I am not!

This is fraud! I paid for a service I did not receive!

I requested my medical records after crying while getting my updated photos taken.

You can’t just leave someone deformed and miserable and then blame them with no other explanation and send them out the door. I will not let this go!

Not Happy

I went in for upper and lower abs. Came out with Upper, Lower and EX.

At that particular time i had no idea what EX was, and was explained post treatment. Soon After treatment ( still drugged) Morgan pressingly approached me about additional waist and buttix treatments. When i received my statement from finance company, i called Sonobellos main office and their only defense was stating that I consented to additional treatment, because i signed. Again, i was still under meds.

This is not okay.

This is not practicing with integrity. I don’t not appreciate the misleading tactic that was used on me, and i recommend to all prospective clients, not to do business with any company that pressures you into SIGNING.

When I came into some money I thought I would do something for myself. I met with a member at Sono Bello for a consultation. She was very nice and assured me that I was a great candidate and that they would be able to take care of my problem areas ( my neck and my mid section) and that the greatest part of the procedure is that once the fat is removed it doesn't come back.

I had my procedure done in December 2017 and I was in pain for weeks. I did my follow up appointments and was not seeing results. After the 1st apt the nurse told me that this was normal as it was so soon after the procedure but to follow the instructions and I would soon see the results.

After my 2nd follow up visit I expressed to a different nurse my dissatisfaction with my results. I was told that I could have another procedure where they lazer the skin so that it will tighten. This will only cost about $4,000.00. I looked at this nurse like she was crazy considering I had already paid $10,000.00.

It is now August 2018 and I still weigh the exact same as I did before the procedure. My neck looks worse then it did before I had the procedure done and my mid section is still there and hasn't gone anywhere.

I feel lied to and cheated about what the company promised and I have never been more disappointed. I believe the company should offer some sort of compensation and should also retrain their staff so that they are not making promises that they have no intention of fulfilling.

I gave sonobello a full year to correct or rectify the outcome. I had liposuction done july 2017.

Talked to office manager melinda in creve coure mo. At the 4 month check up. Told her i do not see a difference. She said i was still swollen.

So waited to discuss at my 6 month followup . However, my appointments kept getting postponed. At 12 months , i still am not happy. My pictures do not show any difference.

Now, im told by law they can only remove less than 10 lbs. At one time. Had i been told that, i would have only had 2 areas done. There have been several excuses.

I have reached out to corporate office in AZ., not heard from them yet.

I also contact BBB, and ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE OF IL, ALSO THE BANK WHERE ITS FINANCED. WAITING FOR ANSWERS.

Unauthorized charges, Lies!!!

Long story short I authorized a deposit of $1000. I was charged the full amount.

Bounced bills, over the limit credit card, dip in credit score, panic attack, and mega stress later...

I’ve talked to practice manager Bri and Director Brett. I have demanded a full refund.

How can you mess up how much to charge someone?!? And if you offer payment to be split between multiple payment methods you need an accurate way to track that.

9/26/18 It has been a little over a month now, Sono Bello still have not sent me my Medical records that I filled out a written request for on Aug. 24, 2018.

Nor have the resolved the issue of them charging me for a service that I feel that I did not receive. It bothers me every time I look in the mirror , Its very emotional dealing with them. You give them your hard earned money expecting and trusting that they would perform the service that the said they would. All I have gotten back from them is being seen by a doctor who belittled me and lessened my self esteem even more.

I really regret that I even went there.

It was a waste of saved money. A person go to places like this to change something that the dislike, not to get cheated and belittled and made to feel even worse about themselves.

8/24/18 They ask me to come in to see one of there Doctors. I really didn't want to .

I told them that I did not want to go through this painful procedure again, plus I scared that I will have even worst results.This visit was a waste of time. I already had my procedure. Very dissatisfied with it. But, feel like no one seems to care since I’m not a plastic surgeon my opinion of how my body looks means nothing.

Even though I have had this body all my life. Shouldn't I know it better than anyone? No one should feel humiliated like I did today. I felt like the Doctor was calling me dumb and like my opinion of my body don't matter, nor does my doctor due to neither one of us being a plastic surgeon.

Very disappointing and hurtful. Then I was told that I haft to wait for the CO to give permission for me to get your own medical records. The doctor didn't consider my unhappiness with my results. He just said looks great to me.

Wow. Then got smart with me because I wouldn't change and say I agree. Because I don't. IM VERY UN HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS.

But, like he said he is a plastic surgeon. Not me. The worst experience I have ever had. I felt belittled, and even worse about my self once I left.

Nothing resolved, I felt they only wanted me to come back so that they can have that doctor take the other doctors side. They do not care about there patients or how the patients feels. waste of money!! I wish I would have went else were, oh the doctor even told me at this appointment to go some where else that can do it better...

can you believe that, see they got my money already so they do not care how they talk or treat me. I cried all the way home from frustration, disapointment and humiliation .

I went there to get flatter stomach in Nov 2017. I'm already petite.

I work out, but I could not seem to get my stomach flatter. Also I have bra rolls that I wanted to get rid of. Well they charged me a little over 7000.

Wih no results. My bra rolls in which they charged me an extra 1000 on top of what I had already paid.

Never got done. My stomach looks the same size but worse it now has a wide lump in the middle above my bellybutton that protrudes my stomach out. The nurse noticed that at my first checkup. She said why is your stomach sticking out like that it shouldn't be.

So she told me to keep rubbing it upwords to try to make it go back in. Keep in mind I was already in a lot of pain. The procedure hurts extremely bad. I pointed out to her that my bra roll hadn't been done and the knot in the front hurt worse than any other area when the doctor did it.

It felt like she hit something. The nurse told me she would file a complaint with the manager for me about my area that they charged me for but didn't do. I was told on my next appointment It would be with the Doctor so that I could express my concern and see what they can do about it. That never happend.

See you must go to 3 appointments after your 2 week appointment. They never would let me have an appointment again with the nurse who notice the knot and that my bra roll hadn't been done. Nor did they ever schedule me with the doctor. I asked every time and had the same complaint every time.

They're excuse was always once your at your 6 month mark. You wil see the doctor. Keep in mind before the lipo. You could already see my abs very clearly.

Thats why I was told I would look great after. Well now my abs are gone. I can't see them at all. All i see is a protruding stomach with a lump.

Now after 6 months of trying to see a doctor and complaining at every appointment. The office Manager Amanda calls me. She aske me to come in to speak with her. I met with her in May which was my 6 month mark but, after my 6 month appointment.

She had gotten my complaint and was sorry that no one has spoken to me about me being unhappy with the procedure. She seen what I was talking about and that they wanted to make things right. She said she had to talk to her superiors and will get back with me. Its now July 18.I have not heard anything back except one time.

She claimed she had to still talk to her superiors. I called and left voicemails on her phone and with the receptionist. My confusion is, Amanda told me she was the one they sent to make things right. But yet no word on that yet.

I feel cheated and very insecure about the lump on my belly. Also I feel cheated becsuse they charged me an extra 1000 for a service that they did not perform.

Fall 2017

My wife decided that she wanted to have some procedures done to feel better about herself. She's had 4 children and over the years had tried to achieve her goals through various means only to fall short of what she's wanted.

We began looking for options from professionals. We consulted with a Dr. that preforms traditional surgery for tummy tucks etc... His diagnosis was that she needed the tummy tuck, inner thighs, waist, & hips. He explained that from the pregnancies her stomach muscles had been stretched and separated and only surgery could properly fix the damage. We felt really good with the assessment but it was financially more than we wanted to pay at that time.

Months past and we decided to meet with Sandy Sono Bello to get their take. We met with the very nice charismatic consultant they have. My wife explained her hopes & expectations. She also shared the information we heard from the plastic surgeon about specifically her stomach and the muscles. Her stomach after all was the biggest concern with the excess skin etc.

We were told my wife was the perfect candidate for what Sono Bello provides & that her opinion was that invasive surgery was not what my wife needed. She reassured her that she would get the results she was looking for. No guarantees were extended but illuded to. She addressed her inner thighs & stated how the end result would have a gap or separation between them. That didn't happen. She told my wife that she could tell she had been an athlete and would get great results. The cost difference wasn't more than $2-$3,000 different between this option and the more invasive surgery. After the consult and the reassurances of success we paid the more than $8,000 for the procedures to be done & that was after "discounts & special offers" were credited.

We haven't posted any reviews to this point because there were almost 2 months of follow up & cool sculpture treatments & they told us it would be some time for the body to fully heal & rid itself of excess fat etc. We wanted to be fair to the process. In the end they had my wife come back in to view the before and after photos. Needless to say my wife was devestated when she looked at the side by side comparison results. When she returned home from that appointment she was almost in tears. There was almost no recognizable differences. After all the pain from recovery, emotional

Expectations & huge cost to have this done, she was just crushed, emotionally devastated. Now, we're just stuck with a huge bill for services that are far from acceptable. It's not like a purchase you can return or a warranty to make a claim on. They get out of having to preform by having disclaimers and nothing guaranteed. Most businesses would not remain in business with results like this. Especially with this kind of financial commitment. I would encourage you to be very aware & try to keep your emotions at bay in the process while you consult with multiple professionals.

In the end, it's my opinion that my wife would've been much happier with the results of a tummy tuck and the other recommendations from the first surgeon.

Dr. Morton at Sono Bello performed chin liposuction on me.

The results are a disaster. Eight months after the surgery, there is a thick lumpy ridge across my throat. He plainly botched the job, yet refuses to admit it. I've asked for a refund, and Sono Bello is refusing, saying "We don't guarantee results." During my follow-up appointment, Dr.

Morton insisted there was nothing wrong, then switched tactics and tried to blame his patient for the poor results by saying he couldn't do what he needed to do because I couldn't take the pain (?) Meanwhile, I am going to have to incur more medical costs to have another surgeon fix the problem. The lack of professionalism on Sono Bello's part is truly disturbing.

COMPLETE WASTE!

I, like many others, saw the flyer and was blown away by the possibilities. After major weight loss I was now left with excess skin and I liked the idea of a non invasive procedure that would help me remove it.

I went in there hoping they would tell me I would see a change but because it’s so much I would still have some. They told me it would all go away! All go away??? What??

When can I start!!?! WRONG!! My mistake was falling into the charm of the nice people and believing that this easy procedure would complete my final weight loss step and I wouldn’t lose work and it would be semi painfree. After months of the process, 2 or 3 times a week, and now still, a year out and STILL paying monthly...NO CHANGE!!

None!!! Every month when I make the payment I cringe! It’s the same price as if I went for actual lipo and a tummy tuck! Complete regret!

If I can save anyone from the waste of time and money, go see a plastic surgeon!

Even on my arms where there isn’t a lot of excess to be tightened, it didn’t work! Save yourself the upset!
