Amazing Experience

I certainly was not expecting to have the experience that I did when I started to research laser liposuction. I had a consultation set up with the consultant Tova. She gave me all of the details necessary to make a comfortable decision. She explained the entire procedure from top to bottom and helped me get financial aide. She was always available to answer my emails and questions. I then met with Anton and Dr. Herman. Both gentleman were very helpful to ease my mind because I was starting to get very nervous. I had silly questions but they made me feel comfortable with their answers. It only took me 6 days to see real results! I am still healing but very happy so far with my entire experience.

From my observations people are really quick to complain about their circumstances but slow to never make positive comments because they are too busy enjoying the results of their experience. That applies to almost everything that people do.

The exceptions are when a business asks directly for a customers feedback via a phone or mail back survey. I would be very cautious to judge based on unsolicited feedback whether positive or negative.

Taken advantage of

My body looks exactly the same as it did on March 25. I have complained from day 1, regarding the foul treatment at the hands of Dr.

Amir Nasir. Not until I sent a letter of intent to sue that Ashley Abbott called me, trying to fake help. She stated that she would look into a revision, stating "we want to do right by you", "Ill call you back", no call back, I make another formal complaint, here she is calling again with empty promises. Last call I received from the her, 7/25/2017 Ashley Abbott, Directors of Operations, she states that they can only give me a partial refund because I complained on YELP and sent a letter of intent to sue, (which she was aware of from her 1st phone call to me.

This place is a SCAM AND I will not be taken advantage of - I want a full refund of $8600.

+ deposit 375.00. I will fight for mines.

My experience with sono bella pre surgery

Dr. Blanchard and the staff at the Garfield Heights office in Ohio, are above and beyond; professional, courteous, and thorough. I had surgery scheduled for 3 area's on July 31st, 2017. Dr. Blanchard went over and thoroughly discussed my procedure with me and my general physician. Unfortunately, I am not an ideal candidate at this time, but will be at imptium candidate in the future. Dr. Blanchard explained everything with me, answered all my questions and we came up with another approach for the future. She put forth great integrity, experience and my best well being!! I have full confidence in herself and her staff! I have future plans with the facility (around December) when I will be at my best optimal condition for the best experience and outcome!! Thank you Dr. Blanchard for your research and commitment to this industry. I highly recommend this facility and the high standards with which it operates!!! Only great respect for this facility!!

Resolved: Friendly staff, nightmare recovery and results

I spoke with the office manager Melinda. She listened to my issues and did apologize.

While we were on the phone she looked up my before and after pictures and she said " upper abs look great." Didn't comment on my waist and lower abs. I told her I was never really concerned about my upper abs. My SOLE reason for my surgery was lower abs to get rid of my pooch . Ladies if you are over 35 you know what this is.

I told her that the Dr and his minions had told me it would be flat. I voiced this major concern over and over before my surgery. Melinda then said she knows that they never told me I would have a flat stomach. They can't say those things.

It doesn't sound like something they would say. I'm telling you it was said and my husband went to EVERY single appointment and sat in the exam rooms with me. He heard all of these conversations! My husband is very angry.

All he wanted was to see me happy and have self esteem again. He just told me a few days ago that he didn't want want to hurt my feelings but my lower abs look exactly the same. This has been devastating for me. Melinda said we will talk about this further on my 6 month appointment the first week of October.

I'm more than pissed off. I actually want to get media involved.

I opted to have waist, upper and lower abdomen worked on. Early March 2017.

Surgery was performed by Dr. Schatz. He was friendly and prompt. He took out what he said was 2 liters of fat.

I felt great the first night. The next morning i woke up in excruciating pain. This continued for WEEKS. Had to go in to the office multiple times to have a hematoma drained.

The swelling and pain lasted every bit of 2 months. Ive stated from the get go i am not happy with my results. I was informed by multiple employees before my surgery this would be life changing. Oh, it was.

For the bad. Since it took 2 months before i could move, i lost my job as a law enforcement officer. 3 month appointment today July 7 2017. Amber took me into exam room 1 and told me to change into their paper garments.

When she entered the room she wanted to get my weight. I said i DONT want to know my weight. So i turned around on the scale. When she got my weight she said do you want to hear your weight?

Um, no. I just told you that. So she proceeded to take the 4 pictures. After the 4 pictures she said do you have any concerns?

I said im very UNSATISFIED with my results and more fat should have been removed. She said well you still have 20% of fluid. I said more needs to be taken out. She said Im not even going to take this to Dr.

Schatz until its been 6 months. She goes on by saying she has heard everything from the Dr. He may do a revision, he may not, they may take a look at other areas. Whatever, being very upset and angry i set up my 6 month appointment for October 2017.

Then left. On my way home i was talking with my husband (whos been with me in the room EVERY appointment). I got even more angry. NO, YOU WILL NOT LOOK AT OTHER AREAS FOR ANY REASON TILL I GET MY 1ST AREA RESOLVED.

How dare you. I paid you $6,000 cash. Why would i ever let you look at other areas when im unsatisfied with the original area. Lets be honest, you arent going to take fat from my butt and my abdomen will suddenly be flat.

There are no such things as unicorns. As it stands now, i have terrible results and a ton of lost wages from losing my job due to recovery time.

Life changing! Thanks Sono Bello.

Hi Bonnie, I had upper & lower abdomen & hip liposuction on June 3rd. 2017.

I paid $1000 down & called two days later to cancel my surgery & consultation with doctor. However. I was told by Stephanie at St. Louis Creve Coeur Center that I would have to pay the entire $8000 regardless of cancellation since it was financed through their company.

So. I felt compelled & reluctantly proceeded with the surgery. I was so drugged out & my surgery was scheduled for 7a on Saturday. But.

I cannot recall going thru the surgery & woke up at home at 9a after feeling blood dripping from my left side. To this day, I don't rember anything & going thru the surgery. I feel like a complete *** now since I don't see any improvement on the surgery areas. But, left with ugly scars on all four sides of my body.

This liposuction was such a complete waste of money & I feel there should be some sort of class action lawsuit against Sono Bella for giving false hope & advertisement to lay people like us. I wish I had read & did further research prior to surgery.

However, I was grieving the loss of my mother & gong through a divorce at the time & something compelled me to do this procedure to make myself feel better, which was huge mistake & am having anxiety/depression as to having to pay this huge bill & regret it. I wish you had read my review of them before you had your surgery.

My 6 month appointment is next month and my results have gotten worse with time.

Complaining to them doesn't help. They don't care.

I'm out 6,000 cash and I literally feel financially raped.

I'm sorry about your loss and your divorce. I deeply regret they financially raped you as well.

I'm on anxiety medication now because of Sono Bello.

I feel far worse about my appearance now than I did before my surgery.

I will shout this out to the world SONO BELLO is a waste of money.

I have had other plastic surgeries from an angel plastic surgeon. I didn't go to my normal surgeon because I didn't want to spend 15,000.

So I went the much cheaper route with SONO BELLO ST. LOUIS and regret every penny.

Wish I never walked into the Sono Bello office.

I met with the salesperson in the late afternoon and was scheduled for surgery first thing the next morning. No time to prepare for it.

Its been a year since my surgery and I am still sore around my sides and hip area. The surgery was very painful for me. I only went back a couple of times after my surgery for a follow up appointment and to change out my garment. I have a lump next to my belly button which is really really noticeable.

Hate it. Dont like the pain. I worry it wont ever go away.

Im happy for those of you that have had success with it. I wish I could go back in time and not have had the procedure done.

Definately a huge waste of money.

Spent almost $8000 and I still can't wear anything but stretch waist pants. I'm bigger now than I was before...

Did everything I was instructed to...even wore the compression garment longer than they said. Don't feel that the consultation was informative enough,they were more concerned about the money. I had made an appt. for a concern I had, they changed the time ( which was fine ) but then I waited 2 hrs ( which took me to the original apt time) when I asked how much longer ,they finally told me that the Dr had had an emergency and that it would be shortly...an hr later ,still no Dr.

Had to leave because I had another commitment. No one ever called to ask how I was ,did I want an appt...Nothing.

Totally Unsatisfactory

I went to the office in Sandy Utah and was assured that I would be "sedated just like in a colonoscopy" . This was total lie.

I was only given a xanax and 10mg of percocet. Then I had a reaction to the material the compression garment is made of. I was in hives everywhere it touched as well as the itching was so unbearable. I still wore it for 7 days, taking 2 Benadryl every 4 to 6 hours, getting virtually NO sleep.

Finally I took it off and upon ordering the stage 2, I specifically asked about the material in that one, was reassured that it was different material. It was not different but the exact same. So I called them, it was a Saturday, and the receptionist who answered promised a nurse would call me as soon as she was out of the procedure she was in. It is now Tuesday and still no call.

I went to Walmart and got body shaper so that at least I have something to wear. Nothing else I can do. Even though I was offered 10 visits of some kind of massage starting at my 3 month follow up, I am so disappointed I would rather just not let them touch me again. I will be seeing another plastic surgeon and getting this case documented and turned in as unethical.

Do NOT trust anything they tell you.

Do NOT give them money without reading all reviews and talk to people who may have used them in your circle of friends. I sure wish I had.

Dr Stewart did my 1st lift and left big bags under my chin...I complained and they said they would fix it..so again Dr Stewart did the procedure...this time I still have the bags under my chin and a really ugly scar..Went to another Dr. and he advised me to get Sono Bello to fix it and fix it right...while I was in the room waiting for the stuff to make it numb the Drs.

We're listening to a country song and Dr.

Stewart was howling like a dog to the music...How professional is that??? Now I'm waiting to see if they are going to fix it and fix it right!!!

Absolutely horrible

I have a libel suction procedure December 3, 2016 and I am completely unsatisfied. Not only did the procedure hurt extremely bad when they promised I would just feel pressure mind you I have a very high tolerance of pain yet a nurse still had to hold me down.

They either didn't give me the right amount of medicine or didn't give it enough time to kick in because it hurt a lot. They were running hours behind the date of my appointment which I understand happens but when it came to me they were rushing me and clearly mad off they had to stay for me. When I was done they rushed me out with a piece of paper and little instructions. I had to call the next day to find out what to do.

Not only was my experience bad enough but I have no results. I followed all the rules and still absolutely no difference at all.

I recommend this to no one!!! I want my money back !!

Got screwed over

I went in for a consultation and was told I could get my tummy, hips, and waist done in one procedure and because of that, I was happy to agree to do so. The price was originally almost $8000 but after I was told that they wanted to break my surgery down between 2 different procedures I told them I would rather just do one and I did not get a pleasant response.

The nurses, doctors, and receptionists were all very nice and helpful but the lady that did the consult and financing was very rude. She called me the day after my procedure asking when I wanted to schedule my next surgery and after I said that I didn't want another one she was very hasty. She told me if I didn't do all the area that it was pointless and that it was not going to look right and my results are not going to be that good.

After I was told all that she then tells me she will only refund me $1000 but the whole procedure was $2000 per area and I was only doing 2 areas, so I was not doing 2 of the areas that we had initially talked about but only got $1000 back! Her name was Jessica and she worked in the Sacramento office and she truly made my experience at Sonobello an unpleasant experience especially compared to the rest of the staff.

Do your homework

Very unsatisfied. Please do your homework more thoroughly than I did.

For the money I spent and the pain I went through, the results were not worth it. Plus, the one area I was most concerned never changed, the consultant was uninformed and only cared about the sale. I couldn't afford to add another body section to my revision so I sit with double the pain and half the results. Make sure to talk to a doctor before you pay and sign ANYTHING.

Don't be naïve like me.

Ask questions, I would have never done this if I knew the side effects and follow-up requirements. Plus it REALLY hurts

Only the wealthy deserve self esteem

I am a doctor and have referred patients to this establishment. Most of the women that come to see me a working moms.

Some of them single working moms. They go to the consultation and are told that they can get their self esteem back and start feeling better about them selves....then they are told that it will cost them 8 - 9,000.00 . No payment plans, paid upfront. I don't know too many working, single moms that can afford that.

I guess only the wealthy people are able to have self esteem. They should at least offer some sort of payment plan for those that would benefit from this chance, but simply couldn't afford it.

Why refer these mom's if you are concerned about the procedure and pricing, I've had a procedure done and if I had listen to the fact that the consultant is technically not medically qualified I would have walk away, I'm very disappointed in my results.

Obviously depends on who customer is... just like the doctor just reported dimwit.

We've all seen their commercials and can hear and read their claim to payment plan plans. This doctor is in contact with a number of women who were not given an option for a payment plan.

I had Smart Lipo done on my upper/lower abs and waist two days ago with Dr. Susann Bedford.

I was quite nervous after reading some of the reviews for Sono Bello, but I decided to give them a try. My consultant Sahara was great and so was my Pre-Op Nurse Maia. The other nurses who were very helpful during my procedure was Tiffany and Mo. This team did an amazing job keeping me calm!

They were very helpful. Maia did a great job reassuring me that all will be well. Now to discuss my results: I can't believe I wasted $6,600!! I really wanted to look great for my upcoming wedding, but I feel worse than I did prior to the surgery.

My Fiancé and I are looking at my body, and my lower Abs look completely the same! I am very upset that I have put my body through this unnecessary, expensive, torture! Initially I thought that my results were favorable because my waist looks smaller! Well, that's about the only thing that looks like I had even a little work done!

I think they purposely do not take enough fat out to make you come back! I wish I had heeded the warning from other victims, but like always I seem to have to learn the hard way. Please find somewhere else to have our procedure done, regardless of the price! You get what you pay for!

I did research for months and still bit the bait! I am very Angry that I didn't follow my first mind!

Look at my Before and After pictures. I hope this detours you!

Contact the Surgeon General of the USA, send all pictures and your story, I am telling all to do this! My wife has been ruined mentally and physically we have to put them out of business! Go to the web site of the OSG and send it all...mine will be sent out by mid month Oct 2019...the more folks we get to do this the better the case will go and if nothing else...we close the doors!

I wasted my 22,500 dollars

I just did my Lipo 5 days ago my stomach looks the same, and I have soreness and lumps now. I'm so sad and depressed from doing this surgery.

Expecting better results only to look the exact same. I went for my after surgery visit only to see the nurse. Who could not give me proper information on my healing and results.

I feel like suing or reporting them to the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. That's how unhappy I am.

Wow! For this much money, you could have bought the best at home gym equipment, hired a personal chef and a trainer and lost the weight!

I do not feel bad for you. THERE IS NO EASY WAY!!!! I have been working out 5 days a week, waking up at 4:50, rushing my baby to daycare, getting to the gym at 6:30, working out till 8, shower and then work. I plan my food for the next day every night and prep everything.

after 4 months, I am finally seeing the results. And let me tell you- I WORK OUT! I don't just do the elliptical like most girls. I lift weights right next to the guys and do a very intense cardio.

I wasn't big to begin with- 140 lbs but I want to be toned and strong.

you can do it! just make time and talk to a trainer.

Lumpy and bumpy

Hi. I received services in Sacramento Ca years ago at Sono Bello near Arden Lane.

I had 3 areas done, Tummy, hips and waist. There was no improvement in waist or tummy. The hips looked better. I paid near $8000 and now my mid section is lumpy and bumpy.

No refund, just talk. I feel as though the Dr. never even addressed my waist. The staff aside from the initial interviewer ( very uninformed girl) were friendly.

The doctor was even nice but unfortunately my results weren't. My waist is still the same, tummy not much different either.

My hips I was pleased with although at a whopping $8000,not so much. VERY DISSAPINTED AND FEELING RIPPED OFF, Lori

Same results - I am lumpy and look worse than before

I had the same areas done in December, I feel worse than I did before the procedure I actually feel bigger and for some odd reason no one can explain to me as to why my breasts have gotten enlarged among the rest of my body...none of my bras fit...all they keep telling me is I’m still swollen...I know my body and it won’t miraculously shrink to exactly what it should have been in 3 more mths. Very upsetting terrible results I look worse now waste of money, time, pain and destroyed my body

I recently had the same parts done for the same price and reading your post scares me. I’m curious to know, did you change your diet and exercise after you had the procedure done?

I’ve been running five miles a day and so far I am ok with my results, but I only had my procedure done three weeks ago.

When you said you had “no improvement in your waste” did you see nothing AT ALL? I saw a drastic improvement the next day, but then swelling kicked in a week later. My stomach still looks flat when you’re looking at me face to face, but my side profile hasn’t changed much.

I think its because I am still swollen.

I’m just curious if you changed your diet and exercise and still didn’t see results because I have. I am still trying and my husband and co-workers say they my stomach looks flatter, but then again I only had my procedure done three weeks ago.

I went to clini. In belview washington.

Dr told me he would remove max amout, that would give me the results i wanted. The cost was $8000.00.. They took 4 liters. Dr.

said you come back and ill do that last bit just for you after you heal up. So o went back and told them what he said.. He denied ever saying it. He said he would never offer such a thing.

I was un tears. All i needed was the very front lower abdomin finished. It would of been perfect. I would of been happy.

He exsplained he says the same thing to every patient so he never would of offered such a thing. So i was heart broken.... Nurse by the looks of it felt bad for me. This *** Dr.

I later found out waa in a lawsuit for killing a women due to lidocane poisioning. He was cruel and rude and told me i had to much fat under muscle. Thats why i wasnt happy. I had to tell this Dr.

To use laser on my left side because he forgot to finish with laser. This was a heartbreaking moment for me. I felt disregarded. I felt like they treated me like a lier.

Wich i dont lie, he had only myself and husband witness to this promiss. I told him that he had to compassion for me. The women that did my intake showed me what i would look like in mirror. When i called they said i need to use a rolling pin on myself to get the results that were promissed to me.

A rolling pin, are you kidding me? I asked for my charts they wouldnt give them to me. This was in seattle washington. Thos was alot of money for my family to put up for me.

It was a gift from my husband. I feel quilty every day for having waisted my familys savings. You would think that the patient would be allowed to be happy about results. The promisses of careing about me were fake.

Dont they make enough money that they can follow up as promissed. Im crying still writing this complaint.

If that one little bit had got done id be ok. Its there hanging ugly and breaks my heart to look at myself.
